Marketing Public Relations Communications
Lead and oversee all aspects of Corporate Communications. This role involves developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance the company’s reputation, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities: 1) Communication Strategy: - Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communication strategy aligned with the company’s goals and values. - Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications. 2) Public Relations & Media Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. - Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials. - Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, handling media inquiries and crisis communication. 3) Brand Management: - Has knowledge and a basic understanding of brand marketing and communication. 4) Internal Communications: - Develop and implement internal communication initiatives to foster employee engagement and alignment. - Collaborate with the HR department to manage communication around company culture, policies, and events. 5) Stakeholder Engagement: - This role focuses on more building and driving strong stakeholder engagement and partnerships with local government and corporate business associations. And ability to work strongly with Management Team is important. - Develop communication strategies to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers. - Prepare reports, speeches, and presentations for executives for stakeholder engagements. 6) Digital and Social Media Presence: - Manage and enhance the company’s online presence through effective social media strategies and website content. - Monitor and respond to online feedback and reputation issues. 7) Crisis / Risk Management: - Develop and execute crisis communication plans to manage reputation risks effectively. - Provide timely responses and updates during crises to mitigate potential impact.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Has experience developing corporate communications strategy and development in relation to ESG pillars. - Proven experience in media relations and crisis management. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
