Job Overview And Responsibility

- Develop sales targets and develop plans to implement sales targets of Account including: promotion programs, visibility, new listing - Make reports analyzing business results, progress in implementing targets, evaluating post periods and other related issues of the account chain along with appropriate proposals Ensuring 100% implementation of business targets number. - Implement the plan and coordinate with KAM/Sup Operation to ensure the implementation of promotions and visibility at the point of sale according to plan - Coordinate with departments to ensure goods issues and implement programs as planned - Weekly meeting with Production Department, working with SO and responsible for supplying goods and dispatching goods to MT and quickly update important information for accounts - Drafting, submitting monthly promotional schemes for signature, opening, sampling, advertising, registering with the Department of Industry and Trade of the programs MT's process according to the product line in charge according to the required deadline. - Meeting and working with MKT, TRD on plans to launch new products at (proposing investment budget, implementing plans, launching goods, supervising the implementation of launching activities at supermarkets - Ensure 100% synthesis and update of reports from the planning department on a weekly basis (listing progress, sell out goods), monthly (onpost promotions, activation of supermarkets), competitor reports (price, promotions, market share, % contract, % investment) upon request. Update MT phasing data monthly - Experience in managing one of the accounts like Hyper/Super/CVS/Minimart/...

Required Skills and Experience

- Have 2-3 years of experience working in a planning position at leading FMCG companies - Skills in building plans and implementing plans - Proficient in Excel, have analytical thinking and read and understand data - Need to have a business mindset, initiative/ownership, can do attitude and teamwork/independent work. - Not afraid to change and work with high pressure - Smart and logic thinking
