Account Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent - Ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with market trends and company goals - Manage the annual performance and salary review process, including budget planning and analysis - Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to address compensation and benefits-related issues and provide solutions - Lead the development and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. - Conduct research and analysis on compensation and benefits trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements.
1. Knowledge, education Bachelor‘s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field. 2. Experiences - Minimum 7 years of experience in total rewards within fields of F&B, Retail, FMCG - Have experience working with rewards service providers (Mercer, Hay, Willis Towers Watson) 3. Skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong knowledge of local and federal laws related to compensation and benefits - Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization - Experience in designing and implementing total rewards programs - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
