Unafraid to speak their mind, they are prepared to face the darkest moments and come out stronger Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage assigned clients - Discuss and identify clients’ communications needs - Work closely with the wider consortium to deliver 360 solutions - Identify client growth opportunities - Help ensure campaigns reach its performance goals - Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met - Day-to-day activities will change constantly to meet business growth - Keenly monitor campaigns with the aim to optimise results - Maintain accurate records of budgets, contact reports, campaign reports, etc. - Customise new business proposals that are meaningful and compelling
- Being hand-head-heart trailblazer, being resilient to together with other TMRWers build up the agency you love to work with - At least 3 years’ experience in an advertising agency or related field - Proficient in written and spoken English and Vietnamese - Strong skills in digital/ social and digital/ social marketing - Possess strong project management skills - Have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, be well-organised and able to multitask accurately - Understanding of branding and communications preferred - Microsoft office proficiency - Be energetic and passionate with a can-do spirit
