Job Overview And Responsibility

Purpose: - To plan and execute impactful brand and corporate finance marketing campaigns and work as the key contact person with local agency in Vietnam and collaborate with HQ in Taiwan. Main tasks: - We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing professional to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns in Vietnam. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness and driving business growth in the Vietnamese market. Key Responsibilities: ■ Global Collaboration: • Collaborate closely with teams in Vietnam and HQ Taiwan to develop and execute marketing and PR campaigns. • Ensure projects and activities are completed on time, effectively, and within budget. • Report on the performance outcomes of marketing initiatives to key stakeholders. ■ PR Affairs & Event Management: • Partner with teams in Vietnam and HQ Taiwan to develop effective messaging strategies for target audiences. • Collaborate with relevant media outlets and media agencies to secure positive press coverage and brand exposure. • Manage all aspects of event planning (Press Conference, Forum, activities, etc.) and execution, ensuring clear and consistent brand messaging at all touchpoints. ■ Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution: • Develop and implement a localized marketing strategy (especially for corporate finance) tailored to the target audience. • Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven adjustments for optimization. ■ Vendor Management: • Negotiate contracts with external vendors, securing advantageous terms and conditions. • Manage relationships with local vendors, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery. • Act as the primary point of contact for all vendor communication related to marketing projects. ■ Administrative Support: • Provide organizational support for internal administrative processes related to brand marketing projects, including meeting arrangement, document creation & management, and procurement. ■ Implement other duty being assigned by the Bank. Required Skills and Experience

Professional requirement • Experience with advertising/Public Relation agencies, brand management, and execution of large-scale events, preferably with a focus on B2B marketing for financial institution. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Most challenging and difficult parts • Global team collaboration between Vietnam and Taiwan. Requirements - Education • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business management, finance or a related field. Work experience • 5+ years experiences (preferred in marketing, advertising, business management, or finance-related) • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns collaborating with global team is a plus. - Language skill • Proficient in Vietnamese and either English or Chinese is a must.
