B2B Business Development
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients in the Software Outsourcing sector. - Manage existing client accounts and leverage these relationships to uncover new business opportunities. - Propose tailored software solutions, prepare commercial proposals, and successfully close deals. - Prepare and manage bidding documents, project contracts (MAS, SLA), and acceptance documents. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, act as a strategic advisor. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Solutions, Delivery) to ensure smooth project execution. - Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Business Development within the Software Outsourcing industry. - Experience working in large local or multinational IT companies, especially in B2B environments with direct exposure to international clients. - Familiarity with key industries such as Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Security, and - ------ Finance is a strong plus. - Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure, especially with overseas clients. - Skilled in preparing bidding documents, quotations, project contracts (MAS, SLA), and acceptance reports. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a solution-oriented mindset. - Possessing an existing customer network in the target market is a significant advantage.
