- Work with colleagues to identify, map and approach prospects - Focus on a variety of sectors - Qualify and book appointments (clients, partners and KOLs) - Manage a growing portfolio of warm leads (as above) - Attend meetings with senior colleagues (as your experience grows) - Receive full and ongoing training - Independently build a large pipeline of leads, pursue them and close deals. - In this role, you’ll work magic as a go to person for our creative & exec team and other social team members who need guidance. - You’ll help shape award winning projects on behalf of clients. - Your expertise in conquering account handling challenges will safeguard new projects from the get-go. - You’ll help to prepare projects for development that are carried out by the team. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to react quickly to tasks in an agile way. - Have the ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring multiple projects are moving toward their deadline. - Be comfortable asking clarifying questions but are also confident to proactively make suggestions to initiate/improve tasks. - Have an understanding of media, coming from either a local media planning or digital media background or have experiencing working on an international media account. - Be a strong communicator who can clearly brief and encourage timely delivery of valuable outputs from local market contacts and other internal partners whilst being empathetic and supportive of their needs. - Be a strong presenter and storyteller who produces good written work and has an eye for visual design - Have a curiosity to learn, whilst displaying resilience, cultural awareness and a can-do attitude - Have the ability to source data & information from a wide range of sources and synthesize analysis, to direct and support strategic recommendations, using existing knowledge of media industry tools and systems where appropriate. - Regular meetings to translate and ensure quality, workflow, morale etc. are in good order. - Advice during annual review process. - Keeping COO informed of any issues via regular catch-up sessions.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years’ sales (BDE) experience - Be consultative, tenacious and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills - Have enterprise level experience - Be hungry, committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in a company where the career potential is truly unlimited - Demonstrate ambition, drive and a portfolio of interests outside of work - Self-manage and show maturity - You have a knack for digital thinking and constantly research tech trends, demonstrated by your development experience. - You’re experienced in providing quick ballparks and accurate project estimates, clearly defining the scope and underlying assumptions - Awareness of latest industry developments and trends - As a start-up company we expect you to go above and beyond what is required on the JD. Be proactive and embrace challenges as opportunities. There may times occasionally where you may be asked to stay back or come in on weekends.
