Job Overview And Responsibility
- Research and identify investment opportunities in bonds and equities. - Monitor and track completed transactions. - Engage with potential clients. - Prepare relevant terms and conditions for client negotiations. - Provide corporate financial advisory services, including securities issuance, listing, IPOs, business valuation, and M&A. - Perform other related tasks as required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of economics, legal frameworks, and finance. - Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities. - Attributes: Diligent, meticulous, able to work under pressure, with strong communication skills and respect for clients and colleagues. - Experience: Preferred candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience. - Language: Proficiency in English.
