We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP PM Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an SAP PM Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules within our organization. You will lead the design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP PM processes, ensuring seamless integration with other modules and business functions. Key Responsibilities - Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC - complete PM modules in alignment with business requirements. - Oversee the end-to-end processes in SAP PM, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, maintenance planning, work order management, and reporting. - Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend improvements or optimizations in SAP PM processes. - Provide expert guidance and support during system integration, upgrades, and enhancements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business needs into technical specifications. - Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to configuration, user manuals, and process flows. - Ensure system performance is optimized, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise. - Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Stay up to date with SAP best practices, updates, and new releases, ensuring that the system remains aligned with evolving business needs. - Competency of SAP S/4HANA On-Premise, RISE and Cloud.
任职要求与经验
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 6+ years of experience in SAP PM configuration and implementation. - Strong expertise in SAP PM modules, including integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PS, HCM, etc.). - Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a plus. - Proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP PM projects and guiding teams through successful implementations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users, technical teams, and leadership. - Experience with SAP support, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
