职位概述与职责
-Lead and strategize solutions for optimizing capital costs and enhancing the Asset and Liability - Management (ALM) structure to bolster risk management as well as concurrently serving the overall liquidity needs. - Maximize surplus capital to save liquidity cost-effectively. - Develop comprehensive weekly and monthly financial model designed to estimate cash flow and funding requirements for a minimum of the next 6 months, ensuring execution of funding activities and astute liquidity management. - To be entrusted with the critical task of conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses to manage risks proactively. - Key point of contact and engaging in substantive discussions with related departments, including Sales, Collection, Enterprise Risk Management, Commercial Finance, Accounting, and the Head Quarters to make decisions that support the objectives of the Treasury Department. - Be responsible for steering the department's activities in the right direction, ensuring the seamless execution of daily, monthly, and yearly operations in alignment with the company's broader strategic vision. - Develop and deliver a comprehensive presentation to the ALCO and Headquarters, outlining overarching strategies for optimizing funding and liquidity management. - Review and update all the regulations relating to Treasury’s Department to comply with current regulations. - Ensure the timely issuance of regulatory reports falling under his scope (liquidity, SBV solvency for both actuals and forecast reports - Perform ad-hoc tasks from superiors.
任职要求与经验
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field. - A minimum of 05-years' experience in Treasury /FP&A in CFC/Banking or Auditing for Big 4 Audit firms. - Strong financial markets, risk management techniques, cash management systems and banking instruments. - Proficiency in financial modelling, financial analysis, and treasury software, as well as analytical ability are crucial. - Proven stakeholders' management; Good communication & presentation skills. - Fluent English.
