职位概述与职责
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. - Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure product delivery meets business goals. - Act as a Product Owner in Agile teams: maintain and prioritize product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and align deliverables with business needs. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. - Evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions for improvement. - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing data-driven insights.
任职要求与经验
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field. - At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years working as a Product Owner. - Skills: product workshop - Preferred domain: digital transformation - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross- functional teams. - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
