职位概述与职责
- Photography & Videography: Handle the entire production process for product and lifestyle shoots, including studio setup, lighting, filming, and final editing. - Create high-converting video ads focus on the First 3-Second Hook to maximize retention and CTR. - UGC Post-Production: Edit and refine raw footage from U.S.-based KOLs/KOCs into polished marketing assets while maintaining a natural and authentic feel. - U.S. Aesthetic Standards: Manage color grading, font selection, and video pacing to align with modern U.S. parenting trends (clean, warm, and professional). - Ensure consistent output and strictly adhere to campaign deadlines. - Multimedia tasks: • Set design / Scene setup • Product photography & videography • Video and image editing
任职要求与经验
- Expert Portfolio (Mandatory): Must showcase previous work specifically for the U.S./Global B2C markets (preferably in Parenting, Kids, or Education). - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Lightroom) and CapCut (for fast-paced social edits). - Ability to produce a high volume of short-form content without sacrificing quality. - A deep understanding of what American parents like to see: diversity, authenticity, and emotional storytelling. - Experience in using AI to optimize creative workflows. - Good English skills to read briefs, understand U.S. cultural nuances, and coordinate with overseas creators.
