- Independently manage daily operations on Shopee and TikTok Shop, including product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and promotions. - Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse teams on inventory, shipments, delivery status, and operational issues. - Plan and execute platform campaigns, vouchers, and promotions based on current sales performance, available budgets, and business priorities. - Allocate the e-commerce operating budget efficiently, taking into account advertising costs, seller-funded discounts, platform fees, and profitability. - Identify practical ways to improve traffic, conversion, and sales through store optimization and promotional activities, alongside paid advertising. - Monitor campaign results and adjust activities and spending based on actual performance. - Handle daily orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer inquiries. - Analyze e-commerce performance and prepare regular reports highlighting key trends, reasons for changes, and recommended actions. - Support sales activities through Facebook and Instagram in collaboration with the marketing team.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- From 3-5 years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience, including managing stores on both Shopee and TikTok Shop. - A solid understanding of platform tools, campaign mechanics, vouchers, and day-to-day store operations. - Experience in or knowledge of selling through Facebook and Instagram. - Ability to analyze sales and operational data, explain performance changes, and translate findings into practical actions. - Experience planning and managing promotions within a defined budget, with an understanding of costs and profitability. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. - Strong interest in beauty, personal care, and baby products. - Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through on issues. - Able to communicate fluently and confidently in English.
