- Own and drive our Vietnam's growth targets — user acquisition, trading volume, and revenue - Lead, manage, and develop the local team across BD, marketing, and operations functions - Define and execute the Vietnam market strategy, including channel mix, partnership priorities, and go-to-market execution - Build and manage high-value BD and VIP client relationships: exchanges, KOLs, and local affiliates - Represent the company at key industry events, in media, and with regulatory stakeholders in Vietnam - Oversee compliance with local regulatory requirements in close coordination with the global legal team - Collaborate with regional and global teams on product localization, campaign execution, and operational rollouts - Track and report on market performance, competitive landscape, and strategic opportunities
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- 5+ years of experience in crypto exchange in Vietnam, with at least 2 years in a country leadership or senior business development role - Demonstrated track record of driving user growth and revenue in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Strong existing network in the Vietnam crypto or TradFi ecosystem (brokers, KOLs, institutional players, communities) - Experience managing and building cross-functional teams - Solid understanding of Vietnam's regulatory environment for crypto and digital assets; - Native Vietnamese speaker; professional-level English required - Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, able to operate with lean resources and move fast
