You will own day-to-day field operations for our e-bike and iSac networks across HCMC. Your first big job is to build the patrol team, including a night operations shift, and get it running to clear standards. You will work closely with our Vietnam and Hong Kong teams and support the launch of new sites 1. Build and lead the patrol team - Design the team structure, shift pattern and headcount plan, covering both day and night operations. - Recruit, onboard, train and schedule patrol staff to meet service levels and site coverage. - Coach the team, track performance and build a reliable, safety-first culture. 2. Run e-bike field operations - Monitor daily operations, run site checks and fix issues quickly. - Manage bike rebalancing, relocation, clearance, cleaning and basic fault handling. - Plan night operations: overnight rebalancing, battery charging and swaps, and fleet readiness for the morning peak. 3. Run iSac power bank operations - Keep iSac stations stocked, charged and working across all partner locations. - Manage power bank collection, redistribution, charging cycles and faulty-unit returns. - Enforce battery safety and handling standards for storage, transport and damaged units. - Maintain good working relationships with venue partners hosting iSac stations. 4. Processes, reporting and records - Write and maintain SOPs for daily operations, site inspections, incident handling, night shifts and vendor work. - Report weekly KPIs, incidents and improvement actions to the Operations Director. - Keep clear records: photos, checklists and written confirmations for every incident and completed job. 5. Support expansion, vendors and customer issues - Support new-site launches: site surveys, feasibility checks, landlord and partner communication, deployment. - Source and evaluate vendors, get quotes, compare options and follow work through to sign-off. - Work with Customer Service and the Hong Kong tech team to track bugs and complaints until resolved. - Drive continuous improvement in cost, efficiency, service quality and team productivity.

- 3+ years in operations, field operations, logistics, transportation, facilities or shared mobility. - Proven experience building, scheduling and managing a field team (patrol, riders, drivers or technicians). - Experience running or supervising shift-based or night operations. - Native Vietnamese and good working English (spoken and written). - Strong knowledge of HCMC districts, traffic and practical site access. - Valid motorbike licence (A1 or above) and own means of transport. - Comfortable using smartphone apps, spreadsheets and messaging tools for daily reporting. - Calm, independent problem-solver who can handle urgent issues on the spot.
