Requirements: • Speaking Spanish fluently • Minimum 15 years of experience in information technology • Minimum 5 years in technology leadership positions in insurance, finance, or financial services • Proven experience in digital transformation and system modernization • Experience in cybersecurity and data protection compliance • Experience in Data Analytics and risk analysis • Knowledge of multi-cloud architectures and modern infrastructure solutions
