- Lead mechanical concept design, detailed design, and prototype fabrication; collaborate with the project team throughout the development cycle. - Develop and improve the ability to write high-quality engineering documents and reports. - Apply engineering design, calculation, and analysis skills to raise design quality and reduce prototype rework time. - Organise and lead design reviews, design verification, and design validation for assigned projects. - Define, create, manage, and safeguard design data/information/files; import into PLM system. - Collaborate with project team members; identify gaps and propose optimisation measures. - Assist and guide production in mechanical assembly, commissioning, and on-site erection verification for prototypes and small-batch equipment.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree or above. - 2–3+ years in mechanical / automation equipment design. - Mechanical Design & Automation major. - English: Intermediate - Chinese: Fluent - Expert knowledge of precision mechanical design — machine tools, automation equipment, jigs & fixtures. - Strong communication, comprehension, and execution skills. - Dedicated, honest, collaborative, and meticulous.
