Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on the banking industry. Knowledge of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
