This position will be a member of the Tax Team and also support the Chief Accountant and Finance Manager in related tasks. As a member of this team, you will be shaping the future of Datalogic’s success in tax compliance and mitigating tax risks for the company, supporting tax declaration, maintaining strict deadlines, and ensuring compliance with Group policies and Tax laws. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES E-Invoices: • Work timely with AP Team & Logistic Team to monitor E-invoice issuance • Identify cases of gifts (if any) for issuance of E-invoices in accordance with regulations • Issue E-invoices daily without delay, backed up by the Senior Tax Accountant Tax Declarations: • Prepare data for monthly VAT report • Ensure reconciliation of any discrepancies between VNACCS/VAT report/SAP system • Monitor and assess input and output VAT to ensure proper claims for creditable input VAT for monthly declaration and VAT refund purposes • Prepare calculation sheet and submit FCT report • Draft FCT calculation and declaration form; collect supporting documents for double-checking by Senior Tax Accountant before final submission • Prepare request for tax settlement • Ensure timely submission by arranging all preparation steps without delay VAT Refund: • Collect supporting documents per Tax audit requirements: invoices (input and output), tax reports, payment documents, remittance notices from the bank, etc. • Prepare data before submitting VAT refund request Report to Local Authorities: • Proactively collect data for reporting based on timeline • Ensure deadline of submission Support to Internal/External Audit: • Assist in locating documents and information requested by auditors Mapping: • Support reconciliation of trial balances between audited FS and SAP • Ensure GL account details are available in both VAS (including adjustment entries post-audit) and SAP versions • Handle VAS mapping for GL accounts and support the Senior Tax Accountant in reconciling the VAS mapping of the trial balance

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Primary language: Good command of English • Experience: 2+ years of experience in the tax field • Others: SAP, MS Office, strong interpersonal skills
