A - Talent acquisitions: • Identify recruitment needs and attend to recruitment requests from various departments. • Review and keep track of budgeted headcounts and manpower planning. • Partner with Hiring managers to develop job descriptions and attract and hire the right talent in the right roles. Consult hiring managers on related policies/guidelines as well as training and career progression. • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media LinkedIn, Facebook, headhunting platforms, educational networks, etc. • Develop and maintain potential talent networks, talent pools, and candidate database as well as keep abreast of employment market for the purposes of recruitment. • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to recruiting sites and social media. • Build and enhance the employer branding of Wellspring by collaborating with the Communications Department to execute recruitment marketing campaigns. • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews, offer and onboarding new employees. • Participate in organizing onboarding programs and work cross-functionally (IT + Facilities + hiring managers) to ensure smooth onboarding. • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to Managers. • Design and implement feedback tools to measure candidate and employee satisfaction and experience to continuously improve recruitment and HR practices. • Maintain up-to-date candidate records and manage data filing systems in compliance with internal policies and regulations. • Support the development of HR initiatives and propose improvements to enhance the work environment. • Join external events and operate internal events to promote employer branding. B - Engagement activities: • Plan, manage, and execute all staff activities and events to build an effective, engaged, and positive workplace with Wellspring culture for all employees. • Manage and implement internal communication channels to foster the culture of sharing and feedback in the school. C - Finance Management: • Properly manage recruitment and engagement costs within approved budget.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Education, Languages, or other related fields. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the education sector, international schools, or headhunting firms. • Proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or above). Skills and Other Requirements: • Ability to apply AI tools to enhance work efficiency in areas such as research, content creation, data analysis, and process optimization. • Innovative and creative mindset with a proactive approach to proposing initiatives that improve candidate experience and employee engagement. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, especially in a multicultural working environment. • Strong skills in planning and organizing events and team engagement activities.
