Leadership Skills Communications
- Execute social commerce campaigns, including but not limited to affiliate marketing, livestreaming, AnyLive projects, etc. - Assume full end-to-end accountability for the P&L, execution, and performance of all social commerce campaigns (affiliate, live commerce, etc.), ensuring strict alignment with client KPIs and revenue targets. - Work closely with Commercial Planning, Social Commerce, and other internal teams to serve the client’s campaign objective. - Provide guidance and supervision to the team to assess feasible working timelines and manage accordingly. - Give good strategic advice to clients based on previous experience. - Liaise with clients regularly – responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking & researching, managing milestones and approvals. - Monitor campaigns to ensure contract compliance. - Strengthen existing client relationships and position expertise to further drive client accounts. - Supervise and train the team members for more productivity and efficiency. - Analyze social commerce/e-commerce trends and campaign results, and recommend improvement areas for the next stages of the campaign. - Support other tasks if needed.
- A recognized university degree. - Proficiency in Vietnamese & English. - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the social commerce/e-commerce industry. - At least 2 years of working experience in the position of Account Manager, with proven ability to lead a team of 1-3 members. - Understand the core principles of social commerce and e-commerce. - Significant experience in professional client relationship management. - Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules. - Experienced in executing and managing social commerce/livestreaming projects. - Solid knowledge of e-commerce tools & channels. - Result-driven, strong enthusiasm, and excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems). - Experience in a fast-paced work environment. - Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
