Consultant Legal Compliance Interpersonal Skills
1. Legal Advisory & Contract Management • Draft, review, and negotiate various type of contracts (both English and Vietnamese) • Maintain and update contract templates to ensure legal compliance and operational alignment • Provide legal advice on corporate, employment, litigation, tax, IP, real estate, and environmental law • Support business units (Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations) with legal risk assessment and management 2. Legal Research & Policy • Conduct legal research and provide regular updates on regulatory changes • Draft and review internal policies, employee handbooks, and procedural documents • Support internal training on legal and compliance topics (if needed) 3. Compliance Support • Assist in compliance audits and risk assessments • Maintain central records of legal and compliance documents • Support compliance reporting and follow-up on corrective actions 4. Others • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Group Legal & Compliance Manager
1. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Law • Minimum 5 years of relevant legal/compliance experience • Proven ability in contract drafting and negotiation (English & Vietnamese) 2. Skills & Competencies • Strong technical legal knowledge and business acumen • High integrity, ethics, and professionalism • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving, risk analysis, and time management • Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure • Strategic thinker with the ability to lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally
