Finance / Accounting Financial Planning Supply Chain Problem Solving
Financial & Commercial Coordination • Assist in financial planning and forecasting across multiple entities and projects. • Support cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Contribute to demand planning and gap analysis in collaboration with internal teams. Licensed Factory Engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with licensed factories (LFs) to support mutual business goals. • Act as a contact for commercial matters, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. • Understand partner needs and help propose solutions that align with company strategy. Project Support & Business Transformation • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on commercial initiatives. • Track project achievements and ensure timely execution of deliverables. • Support implementation of standard methodologies and process improvements. Operational & Contracting Support • Assist in reviewing and negotiating commercial terms. • Help manage contracting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. • Provide input to improve systems and workflows for better efficiency and transparency. Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge • At least 10 years of experience in Finance at large FMCGs/MNCs. • Solid understanding of: - Financial planning and forecasting - Costing and excise structures - Supply chain and demand planning basics - Commercial contracting and negotiation processes • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to navigate and adapt to changing business conditions. • Analytical mentality with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. • Culturally sensitive and flexible in managing diverse relationships and operational challenges.
