● Test Planning & Design: Analyze system requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create detailed test plans and comprehensive test cases. ● Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers in an agile environment to clarify requirements, identify risks, and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development process. ● Quality Advocacy: Identify, document, and track defects. Drive continuous improvement of test coverage, QA processes, and quality standards.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
● 2+ years of experience in software testing for web or mobile applications. ● Ability to design test plans. ● Ability to work autonomously, to learn new technologies quickly. ● Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
