What You Will Do - Lead and develop a high-performing finance team by recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. - Support operational transformation by identifying improvement opportunities, establishing analysis models, and driving profit growth. - Collaborate with the plant operations team to construct Annual Operating Plans (AOP), set and track KPI targets. - Analyze plant P&L, manufacturing variance, and finance KPIs, providing timely updates to related operations and business units. - Prepare monthly forecast reports and improve internal Finance department processes to maximize value creation. - Strengthen the control environment and enterprise risk management processes, educating business partners on metrics that drive profitable actions. - Ensure compliance with corporate and local policies and regulations while promoting a Principled-Based Management (PBM) culture.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. - At least 6 years of experience in operational finance, with a strong willingness to take on new assignments. - Solid experience in costing analysis within manufacturing plants and managing manufacturing variances. - Proficient in SAP FI and CO modules, and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling, etc.). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
