Strategic Planning Market Development Client Relations
- Coordinating with the operations department in implementing sales plans, sales activities, and sales support for the managed MT chain. - Managing customers and supporting, guiding the implementation of sales activities and plans in the regions. - Building good customer relationships and customer service. - Managing the budget and expenses of the Customer Service staff to achieve common goals in terms of revenue, distribution, display, image, and presence for the managed supermarket chain. - Performing other tasks related to the responsibilities and duties assigned by the management.
1/ EDUCATION AND MAJOR: - University graduate. - Preferably in marketing or business administration. 2/ EXPERIENCE: - At least 5-7 years of professional experience in multinational companies or large-scale companies in the dairy, food, or fast-moving consumer goods sectors, preferably in the dairy industry. - At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position at large-scale companies; preference for experience in managing customers in the Hyper/ Supermarket/ Convenience store channel. 3/ PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: - Experience and knowledge in managing business activities related to Hyper/ Supermarket or convenience store chains; interaction with customers in the supermarket/convenience store channel, especially the purchasing department. - Understanding of brand and category management in Hyper/ Supermarket or convenience store chains. - Analytical and business planning skills. - Communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to build and develop good cooperative relationships with customers and partners. 4/ OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - Proficient in office computing. - Proficient in English. - Honest, team spirit. - Able to work under high pressure.
