HR HR Learning & Development Talent Management
Training Program Design & Delivery • Design, curate, and deliver blended learning programs, combining e-learning, instructor-led sessions, experiential activities, coaching, and practical job application. • Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and webinars for diverse employee groups, including leadership, technical teams, and cross-functional staff. • Develop cutting-edge training content focused on leadership, soft skills, technical competencies, and digital literacy aligned with Crossian’s innovation-driven culture. Trainer Development & Knowledge Sharing • Build, develop, and manage an internal network of subject matter experts and trainers to effectively scale learning across the company. • Champion and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives, including internal training sessions, cross-functional learning exchanges, and peer-to-peer mentoring. Performance & Impact Measurement • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of learning programs through qualitative and quantitative methods, including feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics. • Analyze learning data to generate actionable insights, informing senior management of training impact and identifying future learning priorities.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related HR function • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or other relevant disciplines • Solid skills in instructional design, with the ability to design and structure effective learning journeys • Strong facilitation, public speaking, and storytelling abilities to engage diverse learners across levels • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, particularly in working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams • A data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate learning outcomes and propose strategic improvements • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading multiple learning initiatives simultaneously • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (equivalent to IELTS 7.0+)
