- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. - Proven experience as an IT Project Coordinator or in a similar role for at least 3 years, preferably within the banking/finance/fintech industry. - Good understanding of technical areas/ operations of banking/finance/ fintech.. industry - Skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) - The ability to work autonomously by meeting deadlines, managing priorities, and being agile to adapt to flexible timeframes. - Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage own time well and prioritize competing work demands effectively. - Ability to use English seamlessly in a working environment.
Experience in the banking/finance/fintech industry.
