HR Performance Review Recruitment Compensation and Benefits HR
• Work with leadership to create hiring long-term strategies and short-term plans that support the overall group growth and hiring demands. • Lead the recruitment process by identifying and attracting highly skilled candidates to fulfill hiring needs via various recruitment channels. • Develop talent by providing support in goal setting, OKR, and career development. • Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance our employer branding, and build culture across the group. • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention. • Oversee the compensation and benefits policy.
• Experience leading an HR function in a startup environment • Knowledge and experience overseeing competitive performance management, compensation and benefits programs, including conducting benchmarking and analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards • Able to work in a flexible manner across time zones and teams • Experience in web3 is a plus, but not required.
