• Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. • Ensure credibility of Finance team by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the Company. • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action. • Manage processes and policies for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company. • Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. • Ensure that effective governance and controls are in place and ensure compliance with applicable local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
• Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience. Working experience in both Vietnam & Singapore will be highly advantageous. • Experience in capital management. • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff. • Strong problem-solving and ability to exercise sound judgment to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis. • High level of integrity, result-orientated, prioritization and time management. • Good spoken and written English.
