Financial Analysis Accounting
1. Record account payable/expenses for AEONMALL Vietnam to ensure that all AP and expenses are recorded correctly and timely; Well communicate with other departments to collect sufficient accounting information for monthly booking. (40%) 2. Check payment requests received from departments and process cash payment/bank remittance for all suppliers/partners correctly and on time. (35%) 3. Consult other departments on accounting, tax and contract matters. (5%) 4. Prepare AP monthly/quarterly reports; Prepare list of input VAT invoices. (5%) 5. Support consultant and auditors for monthly/yearly review. (5%) 6. File documents as accounting policy and internal requirement. (5%) 7. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisors. (5%)
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance. 2. No experience required. Candidates who have 1 – 2 years of experience in the relevant field is an advantage. 3. Good communication in English and Vietnamese. 4. Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel). 5. Have good teamwork spirit and good logical thinking skills. 6. Have high responsibility and be careful.
