• Issue e-invoices for customers daily • Record all entries in the accounting software • Follow up on, manage, and remind accounts receivable • Prepare supporting documents for Telegraphic Transfer payments • Prepare supporting documents for local vendors • Create reports: VAT, FCT • Prepare timesheets for all staff • Perform administrative tasks: purchasing stationery, drinking water, booking air tickets • Track taxi and telephone expenses • File documents as requested by the Chief Accountant • Manage and monitor petty cash for both HCM and Hanoi offices • Prepare documents for transportation (if any) • Follow up on delivery orders for transportation

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting • Proficient in MISA and Business Central accounting software • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to apply them effectively • Able to organize, prioritize, and plan to complete assigned tasks efficiently • Professional attitude; hardworking, diligent, and sociable • Strong team spirit with the ability to work independently and proactively • Able to handle high-pressure work environments • Willing to work on Saturdays or weekends if required • Proficiency in English (communication, writing, and reading comprehension) is an advantage • Committed to long-term employment and dedicated to the role
