- Lead client discovery and solution workshops, assess AI use cases, and translate business needs into feasible technical approaches. - Design secure, scalable, and cost-aware architectures using LLMs, RAG, agents, data integrations, and cloud services. - Build or guide PoCs, review designs and code, and support critical technical decisions during delivery. - Support solution scoping, technical proposals, presentations, and estimation for selected client opportunities. - Lead AI enablement by coaching teams on AI-assisted development, coding agents, evaluation practices, and reusable engineering workflows. - Define reference architectures, reusable patterns, governance principles, and success measures across AI projects.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 6+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or a related technical role, including recent hands-on Generative AI experience. - Personally built and delivered at least one LLM, RAG, or agent-based application beyond the prototype stage. - Working knowledge of RAG, vector search, agentic workflows, tool calling, model selection, and AI system limitations. - Experience designing cloud-based architectures, APIs, integrations, data flows, and CI/CD practices. - Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, security, privacy, performance, and cost trade-offs. - Experience using AI coding tools and the ability to coach engineers in practical AI-assisted software development. - Client-facing experience in discovery, requirement translation, architecture presentations, and stakeholder communication. - Strong English communication, facilitation, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
