A Field Service Engineer based in Malaysia, supporting packaging materials on Tetra Pak filling machines across the ASEAN region. Key Responsibilities: - Provide on-site technical service and troubleshooting support for Tetra Pak filling lines. - Ensure smooth performance of packaging material on machines and resolve any issues related to efficiency, quality, or compatibility. - Conduct machine parameter adjustments, tests, and performance follow-up. - Support customers with preventive maintenance, training, and improvement initiatives. - Work closely with the packaging material and technical teams to secure customer satisfaction. Execute above activities with a primary focus on the Malaysian market (approximately 80%), while supporting assignments across ASEAN countries (approximately 20%).
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. - 3+ years with Hands-on experience with Tetra Pak filling machines is mandatory. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Willingness to travel and work on customer sites. Languages: - Fluent in both spoken and written English. Business Travel: - Willing to travel to countries within ASEAN region; holding a valid passport and applicable visas is preferred.
