We are seeking a capable and motivated SAP Consultant with expertise in Plant Maintenance (PM) and Service Management (SM) to join our SAP team. The successful candidate will be involved in the implementation and support of SAP solutions that enable efficient internal maintenance operations and external customer service processes. The ideal candidate must have completed at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects involving Plant Maintenance and Service Management. The role also requires some hands-on involvement in ABAP and Fiori tasks to support project requirements. Visit us at: https://www.stengg.com/ Responsibilities ✓ Participate in and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance and Service Management modules. ✓ Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into system-based solutions. ✓ Support the configuration of SAP Plant Maintenance components such as maintenance notifications, work orders, equipment, functional locations, and task lists. • Support the configuration of SAP Service Management components, including service orders, service contracts, warranties, and customer equipment. ✓ Ensure integration with related SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, and PS for seamless business operations. ✓ Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials. ✓ Provide hands-on support for ABAP enhancements and Fiori app configurations where required to support project functionality. ✓ Conduct system testing, coordinate UAT, and provide training to end users. ✓ Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
✓ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or a related field. ✓ Minimum of two full-cycle SAP implementation projects involving Plant Maintenance and Service Management. ✓ Strong functional knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and Service Management in S/4HANA, including: • Preventive and corrective maintenance processes • Equipment and asset management • Service order and contract management • Warranty and customer service processes ✓ Working knowledge of ABAP and SAP Fiori, with the ability to support development and configuration tasks.
