We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Assistant Engineer specializing in Personnel Administration (PA) and Time Management (TM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM solutions with a strong focus on Personnel Administration and Time Management. You will work closely with HR teams and IT departments to ensure the SAP HCM system meets business needs efficiently, complies with regional regulatory requirements, and supports HR’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities - Investigate reported problems/errors, initiate amendments, and perform testing to ensure efficient and accurate system operations. - Propose effective workarounds or alternative solutions. - Work effectively on change requests on SAP HCM solutions with a focus on - Personnel Administration and Time Management modules. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are met while driving customer satisfaction. - Testing phases (unit, integration, user acceptance) for PA configurations and Time management system enhancements. - Deliver change documentation and user training guide.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP S/4Hana implementation and/or maintenance. - Strong skillset in SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), - Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM). - Proven hands-on experience in managing IT incidents and problem resolution. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes quickly. - Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to work independently as well as a good team player. - High sense of integrity in the course of work. - Acquired ownership and accountability in delivering quality work.
