• Lead the architecture and development of a modern, cloud-native data platform using Databricks/Snowflake, and Lakehouse principles. • Own and implement advanced ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring reliability, performance, and reusability across systems. • Design and optimize data models (e.g., star schema, normalized models) for analytics, BI, and ML workloads. • Work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to deliver training data pipelines, model scoring layers, and agent-ready data services. • Guide integration of structured and unstructured data sources, and oversee governance, security, and compliance. • Drive code quality, documentation, testing, and CI/CD best practices across the data engineering team. • Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence. • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders using fluent English to gather requirements, translate needs into scalable solutions, and present architectural choices. • Contribute to the development of AI agents and intelligent data services, leveraging real-time data and vector-based retrieval. • Lead performance tuning, cost optimization, and infrastructure scaling across the data stack.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or data platform development • Proven success designing and operating large-scale data platforms using Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake) or Snowflake • Expert-level Python and SQL skills, with ability to write efficient, production-ready code • Strong experience building ETL/ELT workflows, ideally using Airflow, dbt, or equivalent orchestration tools • Deep understanding of data Lakehouse architecture, data warehousing, and performance tuning at scale • Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Experience with AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps, or AI agent integration (e.g., embedding models, vector databases) • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written – capable of engaging confidently with global stakeholders and executives • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
