Following the Vietnamese market potential for Biocodex, the Group has decided to open its newest affiliate in Vietnam with the goal to expand its footprint and market share in Vietnam. As the Brand Manager for Woman Health Business at Biocodex Vietnam, you will have the opportunity to build Woman Health Business from cure to care brand in Intimate Care segmentation in Vietnam market Your position will be instrumental in achieving the company’s goal in Vietnam. You will report to the Marketind Director and you will have one direct reports Responsibilities - Conduct consumer and market research in order to keep up to date with consumer trends as well as trying to predict future trends. - Identify how brand is currently position in the market and define winning and differentiated brand position vs competition - Develop and implement brand strategy and manage brand campaigns to ensure that product meet consumer’s expectations and to build brand credibility - Localise Global brand materials - Conduct ATL/BTL initiatives and evaluate marketing impact for continuous improvement. - Organize brand events such as product launches, exhibition and photo shoots. - Create, manage, editor calendar to deliver marketing campaigns for WH portfolio. - Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns - Develop and monitor marketing budgets for WH porfolio. - Partnership with professional associations to leverage brand differentiation and positioning - Collaborate with sale and marketing team to build robust marketing plans - Evaluate and propose new products/SKUs launch to satisfy customer needs and support the Women’s health franchise growth.
- Confidence developing and overcome consumer journey - Strong content marketing skills / strategic vision - Knowledge of implementing ATL/BTL campaigns for OTC and consumer channel. - Confidence developing and overseeing user trends - Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date - Ability to work and understand both traditional and modern business channels (Retail, Digital,…) - Highly skilled and knowledged in working with pharmacies (retail and chains), strong retail culture. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing - 3-5+ years' brand management or marketing experience of both Cosmetis and Drug porfolios.
