Marketing Management Marketing Strategy
Marketing Strategy & Planning (10%) - Join the team to brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns and activities throughout the year. - Develop a detailed work plan for the given scope/workstream based on the overall plan. Workstream Execution (80%) Your scopes will be aligned with your line manager, including but not limited to some of the following: - Event management (25%): Plan and organize events such as workshops and webinars for both the potential clients and the potential employees of PMAX. - Lead nurturing (25%): Implement lead nurturing activities across channels, especially email marketing - Content marketing (10%): Research, synthesize & write content to build impactful content materials (blog, social post, landing page, resources…) for related activities - Digital Advertising (10%): Plan, setup, optimize & analyze digital advertising campaigns on Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, Google Ads… (you will be trained by PMAX Academy tutors) - Website & Social media management (10%): Coordinate with content marketing executives to update content for website & social channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube; - Others: Implement other marketing activities based on the strategy at each period. Report & Analysis (5%) - Report to the line manager about the effectiveness of the assigned marketing activities with insight and plan for further improvement. Coordinating & Supporting (5%) - Coordinate and support other team members within and outside the Growth team when needed.
- Having a deep knowledge of B2B Marketing (full funnel from acquiring new leads to nurturing potential leads) and having a passion to grow further in this career path. - Understanding of marketing channels in terms of target audiences, pros and cons, and best practices to produce winning content for each channel - Excellent communication skills, especially in the field of advertising and branding. - Proficiency in utilizing AI tools or AI Agents for content creation and optimization, with a willingness to adapt to emerging technologies in marketing - Excellent project management and time management skills. - Experimental mindset with enthusiasm about learning new things and the ability to self-motivate and teamwork. - Strong data-driven mindset
