SOCIAL MEDIA (50%) Social Platform Management (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok) - Plan, create, manage weekly calendar and ensure timely scheduling and posting for POP MART VN's social platforms. - Ensure all content & visuals are compelling and consistently aligned with brand guidelines. - Ability to do simple, engaging video content for IG Reels, TikTok using tools like CapCut or other basic editing tools. - Coordinate with CS to ensure customer inquiries via social media channels and emails promptly and appropriately. EVENT MANAGEMENT (30%) - Support Marketing Manager in tracking and implementing different events as per HQ guidelines in realizing marketing and business objectives. - Assist in coordinating local KOLs for branding activities. - Draft press releases based on given angles and ensure clear communication. - Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to deliver tasks as required. - Actively participate in post-event evaluations to extract actionable insights and share learnings for future improvement. ADMINISTRATIVE (20%) - Prepare social media performance/post-event reports upon request. - Assist with administrative tasks for the brand activities as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 2 years of experience in social media management, marketing coordination, or a related - Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
