Analytics Project Management
Main Responsibility - Develop and maintain dashboard/reports for distribution management and customer management. - Conduct deep dive analytics on distribution performance: providing meaningful insights for distribution performance management - Conduct deep dive analytics on customer management: providing meaningful insights for customer management (customer profiling, customer attrition, customer upselling) - Study and propose planning for compensation and contest of Agency and GenE - Conduct market intelligence to remain competitive edge of GVL schemes Key Result Area - Timely update on MIS report with high accuracy. - Practical and relevant deep dive insights on business issues related to distribution management on request basis. - Practical and relevant deep dive insights on business issues related to customer management on request basis. - Practical study and propose planning/costing for compensation and contest - Timely update on market intelligence
- University Degree in Business Statistics/Business Administration/Finance/Insurance Experience - Minimum 4 years of business analytics, MIS management, or strategic planning for multi-national life insurance companies - Strong working experience on data processing, report automation/visualization, MIS management for senior management - Strong analytic thinking, and solid business acumen - Assertive communication and excellent presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English

- Experience on projects management as advantage - Experience in project management is an advantage - Basic knowledge of advanced business analytic methods/approach (profiling, 2 variables analysis, classification, logistic regression modelling) as advantage - Skillful in using Microsoft Excel VBA, Access, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Power Point (R or Python skills as advantages)
