Client Relations Data Analysis Problem Solving
- Supplier / Customer Management: - Preparing and sending data and reports to suppliers. - Working with suppliers (customer) regarding product documentation. - Follow-up shipments from suppliers after getting confirmation from suppliers and BOD. - Promotion Execution: - Work with internal teams to ensure promotion is active on time. - Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure the deployment of trade programs effectively. - Activity Tracking & Evaluation: - Monthly track the promotion results and work with clients for reimbursement. - Calculate monthly incentive based on client contract, Sub-DBs contract, monthly incentive schemes. - Follow up debit note related to supplier incentive, promotion schemes. - Sales Performance Tracking: - Daily tracking sales performance by Sub-DB/SR vs Target. - Daily tracking stock situation to avoid Damaged goods/NED/Out of stock. - Documentation work: - Make monthly promotion announcement to Sales Team/Sub-DBs/Customers. - Follow up and save the documents related to Marketing Team. - Other tasks assigned by BOD.
- University/ College with the Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economic major - At least 2 years of Marketing/Economics/Business or related fields (FMCG is preferred) - Sales data analysis skills - English Communication B or over - Planning skills - Problem-solving skills - Be willing to learn and able to adapt quickly - Can work under pressure
