Accounting Leadership Skills
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable. Input accounting entries into accounting software. • Responsible for preparing / checking the accounting related documents for internal reference or Management’s verification and approval. • Supervise / monitor monthly cost accrual. • Follow up renovation deposit. • Preparing bank reconciliations, aging reports. • Issue VAT invoice for customers. • Prepare monthly actual and control report. • Calculate cost allowance and product costing. • Prepare monthly reporting templates for internal / external bodies. • Reconcile accounts receivable, ensure timely bank payments. • Provide on-the-job training and guidance for accounts staff. 12. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
• Degree in Accounting or related field. • Minimum 4 years working experience, including 2+ experience as an AR in sales stage. • Leadership skills (manage 3 team members) • Prefer experience in foreign developers. • Intermediate level of English in reading and writing skills.
