- Handle general accounting tasks related to forwarding and logistics operations. - Review and reconcile invoices, contracts, and shipping documents. - Prepare financial statements and tax reports in compliance with regulations. - Manage accounts receivable and payable for logistics services. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely accounting processes.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting experience in forwarding/logistics. - Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and international shipping procedures. - Proficient in Excel and accounting software. - Analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure. - Proficient in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
