- Identify, approach, and develop potential international clients, expanding new business opportunities - Proactively contact, consult, negotiate, and finalize contracts with overseas customers - Coordinate with internal departments to monitor progress, support, and handle customer feedback and requests promptly - Communicate accurately and efficiently to ensure customer requirements are resolved in a timely manner through platforms such as Skype, LinkedIn, Email, etc. - Provide attentive customer care throughout the cooperation process, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and building long-term partnerships - Promote and strengthen the company’s reputation and brand image with customers, contributing to the overall quality of service - Report on work results, sales performance, and customer status to management on a regular basis - Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Graduated from university or college, preferably in Communications, Economics, or Marketing. - Fluent in English in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing. Able to make phone calls to consult foreign customers. (minimum IELTS 6.0) - Professional presentation skills and ability to write emails in English - Good health, enthusiastic, hardworking, eager to learn, dynamic, and diligent. - Basic knowledge of office computing, proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
