Prep is searching for a Senior Business Development Executive / Sales Account Manager with experience in B2B sales within the Korea market, ideally in the EdTech or Education sectors. You will work closely with our Korea Country Manager and play a crucial role in establishing and growing our B2B sales pipeline, such as corporations or educational institutions, to sell the company's AI-Powered Smart Language Learning and Test Preparation solutions. Client Engagement: - Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings. - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Drive strategic partnership with market players to penetrate new whitespace. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: - Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients. - Demonstrate the features and benefits of Prep’s products. Sales Negotiations: - Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing and contract terms. - Address client objections and close sales deals. Account Management: - Manage existing client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. - Provide after-sales support to address any issues or concerns. Market Research and Analysis: - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or partnership building. - Proven track record in B2B sales. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Solid understanding of the educational technology market. - Candidates should demonstrate the ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets. - Fluency in English (verbal and written) for global communication and documentation.
