Sales Business Development Sales Coordinator Sales
The Junior Sales Executive will support the growth of the company’s logistics business (especially air freight) by identifying customer needs, proposing logistics solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service. This person will work under the Sales Manager to help expand client relationships and achieve sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Sales & Customer Acquisition • Identify and approach potential customers to introduce the company’s logistics services. • Support the Sales Manager in executing sales plans to meet revenue targets. • Conduct basic customer needs analysis and prepare sales proposals or quotations. • Account Servicing & Relationship Building • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. • Coordinate with internal operations (air freight, warehouse, customer service) to ensure services are delivered according to client expectations. • Handle client inquiries, follow up on service performance, and support resolution of any service-related issues. • Coordination & Documentation • Collaborate with the operations team to align service offerings with customer needs. • Assist in preparing sales-related documents: contracts, quotations, and customer onboarding paperwork. • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the system. • Market & Competitor Insights • Gather feedback from the market to help improve service offerings. • Monitor competitor activities and report findings to the Sales Manager. • Support in Business Development Activities • Join client meetings, networking events, or logistics exhibitions as required. • Assist the Sales Manager in reporting sales performance and pipeline updates.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields). • 1–2 years of working experience in logistics, freight forwarding • Strong interest in sales and client-facing roles. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in English (spoken and written). • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic salary: up to 15-20 mil + monthly bonus based on performance • Commission will be awarded if the monthly sales target is achieved. • Full-salary insurance contribution • Laptop and mobile phone provided • On-the-job training with the Sales Manager • Friendly and international working environment
