ROLE OVERVIEW: As the Product Management Manager, you will be pivotal in advancing our product management capabilities and driving our strategic initiatives. Your primary focus will be on developing strategic initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team, creating and implementing strategies that align with our business objectives, and ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders across the globe. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive the team towards achieving excellence in product management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Global Level: - Drive the globalization of product management within the Money Forward Group. - Develop, plan, and implement strategies for global product management initiatives. - Review and assess the effectiveness of these strategies, and make necessary adjustments. Vietnam Level: - Lead and manage the Product Management Department in Vietnam. - Supervise and mentor IT communicators and Product Owners. - Oversee people management and development within the office. - Foster collaboration with product managers at the Japanese headquarters to create superior products. - Design and execute training programs for Product Managers.
- At least 10 years of experience in product management within the software industry. - Strong multitasking and project management skills, with experience managing a diverse range of stakeholders. - Experience working in a start-up or venture environment, ideally with zero start-up or similar experiences. - Demonstrated ability to manage a team of 23 or more subordinates. - Proficiency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking at a business level or higher).
