Tổng quan về công việc và trách nhiệm
- Developing and executing content ideas across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram - Contribute creative input with strong beauty sense (visual style, trends, skincare storytelling, insights…) - Support coordinating with internal teams and external partners to adapt content - Assist in brand channel management, social performance tracking, and regular reporting with actionable insights - Organize and maintain the content library, including brand information, images, templates, and reference materials - Assist in day-to-day tasks of digital media campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar - Support working with agencies on KPI tracking, timelines, and optimizations for media touchpoints - Assist in audience research, search analysis, and understanding platform best practices - Collect and consolidate performance data for regular reports - Conduct daily competitor reviews and summarize findings - Assist with meeting notes, and administrative follow-ups - Support billing and payment processes (checking documents, collecting invoices) - Perform other tasks as needed to support team operations
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- At least 1 year experience in content creation/ creative roles; - Experience in beauty industry - Creativity & Innovation: Strong learning agility with proactive mindset to explore new ideas - Project management: Be able to handle multitasks within given timeline with high quality - Communication: Able to daily work with functions - Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and data-driven
