• Establishing goals, devising strategies, and creating plans for business and revenue growth in your region. • Overseeing the P&L for the region • Recruiting and managing a team responsible for admissions and growth. • Actively working on building partnerships and promoting products. • Meeting daily with associates, coordinating, maintaining strong relationships, and addressing their concerns. • Conducting research, planning, and launching new initiatives targeting market expansion. • Meeting and surpassing monthly and yearly application and payment targets. • Pursuing new associate leads and bringing them on board. • Ensuring that the relationship with the company grows over time and becomes the preferred business partner. • Driving increased business through associates, including applications and payments. • Following up with associates on pending documents, payments, or other requirements. • Facilitating smooth coordination between associates and the Operations team to ensure seamless processes. • Researching and recruiting prospective associates in target markets. • Taking initiative to foster a professional work environment, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing a positive experience throughout the admission process. • Training associates on our processes and digital products, and promoting their adoption. • Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the Overseas Education Industry and university news, and communicating effectively with associates.
- Based in Japan (highly preferred around Tokyo) - Possess at least 5 years of experience in the study abroad segment or relevant experience - Experience in B2B sales segment - Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. - Have comprehensive knowledge of the region, as the role requires extensive travel. - Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree, or an equivalent qualification, with proficient computer skills. - Exhibit a positive personality, a constructive attitude, and effective team management abilities. - Stay informed about global current affairs
